β’ Job Type: Full-Time, Remote β’ Industry: Real Estate & Property Management β’ We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Secretary (Virtual Assistant) to join our team. β’ The ideal candidate must have experience dealing with tenants, handling administrative tasks, and managing rental properties using AppFolio and QuickBooks. β’ Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask are essential for this role. β’ Communicate with tenants regarding lease agreements, rent payments, maintenance requests, and general inquiries. β’ Manage and update tenant records, lease agreements, and payment schedules in AppFolio. β’ Handle rent collection, late fees, and financial transactions using QuickBooks and AppFolio. β’ Assist in processing tenant applications, lease renewals, and move-in/move-out procedures. β’ Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with vendors and property owners. β’ Generate and review financial reports, invoices, and expense tracking. β’ Respond to emails, phone calls, and messages professionally and in a timely manner. β’ Maintain organized records of all property management activities. β’ Assist in marketing available rental units and scheduling property viewings. β’ Support property managers with administrative tasks as needed.
β’ Must be proficient in using AppFolio and QuickBooks (prior experience required). β’ 2+ years of experience in real estate, property management, or administrative support. β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills. β’ Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. β’ Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable. β’ Experience handling tenant inquiries and managing rental properties is a plus.
