Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn with a successful track record. • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage various recruitment tasks simultaneously. • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. • A reliable, quiet home office setup, free from distractions. • Must be self-motivated, focused, and dedicated to achieving recruitment goals. • A workspace free from children or other disruptions during working hours. • Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism at all times. • Clear mental focus and a positive attitude toward work responsibilities.
