• The Opportunity: We're seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist on a full-time basis to drive our recruitment process and A+ talent with our client companies in a long-term, rewarding role with growth potential. • We're a fast-growing recruitment agency connecting top 1% talent with ambitious companies worldwide. • Schedule: 1pm - 9pm Philippine Time. • Experience: At least 3 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter.

Requirements

• You're a Recruitment Expert: You have proven experience in agency recruitment across diverse industries. You excel at remote hiring and virtual candidate assessment. • You're Independent & Strategic: You take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle by strategically thinking ahead and considering the potential consequences of your decisions. You make data-driven decisions independently with minimal guidance. • You're Process-Oriented: You create and optimize hiring workflows. You leverage technology to improve efficiency. • You're Tech-Savvy: You're proficient with Workable and other ATS platforms. You understand how to use technology to scale recruitment operations. • You're Growth-Focused: You're excited about scaling with a growing business. You continuously seek ways to improve and innovate.
