β€’ We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. β€’ You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. β€’ Responsibilities: β€’ Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. β€’ Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. β€’ Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. β€’ Reach out to customer leads through cold calling. β€’ Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. β€’ Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule. β€’ Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. β€’ Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports. β€’ Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. β€’ Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. β€’ Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements

β€’ Excellent customer service skills β€’ Exceptional communication skills β€’ Reliability and trustworthiness β€’ 2+ years of sales experience β€’ Team player β€’ Willingness to learn golf β€’ Equipment Requirements: β€’ Computer with at least 4GB RAM β€’ 50 MBPs internet with reliable backup β€’ Windows/MAC operating system β€’ Noise-canceling headset and camera β€’ Quiet working area
