•Job Description: Social Media Manager •We’re looking for a creative, independent thinker with a deep understanding of Instagram and social media trends. •You’ll be responsible for managing the social presence of five brands, with a strong focus on aesthetics and reel editing. •The ideal candidate will be able to create visually appealing, creative daily Instagram Stories and well-edited, sharp reels using the content we have, while ensuring a sleek, modern aesthetic that resonates with our audience. •Key Responsibilities: •Create visually captivating, daily Instagram Stories and reels that align with our sleek, minimalistic brand aesthetic. •Edit sharp, engaging reels, using the right fonts for text to enhance storytelling and match the brand’s voice. •Have a strong focus on aesthetics—selecting and pairing fonts, aligning text, and using lowercase text to create a clean, minimal look. •Use Canva and CapCut (required) for content creation; proficiency in Premiere Pro and Lightroom is a plus. •Edit videos and photos with advanced creativity and organization, ensuring high-quality output. •Write engaging, witty, and emotionally resonant captions that reflect the brand’s voice and support visual storytelling. •Manage and engage with the community by interacting with similar brands, answering DMs, and responding to comments in line with the brand’s tone. •Use tools like ClickUp, Notion (preferred), or Airtable to manage multiple projects efficiently. •Spend at least 15 minutes daily engaging with the audience to foster a relatable and socially intelligent brand presence. •Use creative strategies like Q&A sessions, quizzes, and other interactive tools to build community engagement. •Stay current with Instagram algorithms and analytics to maximize content reach and growth.

Requirements

•excellent copywriting skills •creative and thinks outside the box •should have a minimalistic design style. •Proven experience creating cohesive and aesthetically pleasing Instagram feeds and reels, with a focus on minimal, modern designs. •At least 1 year of social media management experience •Expertise in selecting fonts and text alignment for both stories and reels, ensuring a polished, engaging presentation. •Proficiency in Canva and CapCut (required); Premiere Pro and Lightroom (preferred but optional). •Strong video/photo editing skills with a keen eye for creative storytelling through Instagram reels and stories. •Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp, Notion, or Airtable.
