🎯 Requirements

• Empathy & User Focus: A caring mindset and the ability to think from other perspectives. This is key in understanding user needs and creating accessible, effective documentation • Technical Writing Experience: Proven experience in technical writing within tech environments, using docs-as-code practices and Git-based workflows. • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with programming languages such as PHP, Python, JavaScript, or Go, and an understanding of CI/CD and devops ecosystems. • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end—prioritizing work, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an asynchronous environment. • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for document structure, clarity, and consistency. • Content Simplification: Ability to break down complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language. Experience with user research and using data to improve content relevance and quality. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
