β’ 3+ years of sales experience in retail, eCommerce, or distribution operations, with a focus on vendor management and process optimization. β’ Proven experience in sourcing and onboarding vendors, managing supplier relationships, and negotiating contracts. β’ Strong understanding of sales outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo) and experience with CRM systems for tracking vendor interactions. β’ Ability to analyze operational data, assess vendor performance, and implement cost-saving strategies. β’ Experience working with businesses generating $1M+ in annual sales, ensuring positive ROI from vendor partnerships. β’ Highly organized and able to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously without needing rigid processes. β’ Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with distributors and internal teams. β’ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with minimal supervision.
