🎯 Requirements

• JD and Bar Admission: JD from an accredited law school and admitted to practice law in good standing (preferably in California). • Experience: 6+ years of legal practice, including law firm and in-house and/or internal regulatory agency experience, with 3+ years in the energy industry (clean energy or utility industry experience preferred). • Skills and Attributes: • Solution-oriented, business-minded, and pragmatic. • Strategic, results-driven, proactive, and resourceful. • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Exceptional judgment and ability to balance risk with corporate objectives. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Superior interpersonal skills. • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to take on new challenges.
