Description

• Partner with your Product Management and Engineering counterparts to inform the overall roadmap and partner product definition. • Create and maintain service maps and user journeys to help align cross-functional teammates. • Lead design sprints and cross-functional workshops to help define and iterate on our core application. • Create full service product design assets such as flows, wireframes, prototyping, user testing, and high fidelity designs. • Post launch, participate in quant data reviews and iterative ideation sessions. • Collaborate with the design team at large for critiques and operational improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Design experience with an exceptional portfolio. • Proven track record of collaborating with Product Managers and Engineering partners to ship successful product experiences. • Demonstrated ability to design simple solutions to complex user and technical problems. • Top communication skills to clearly articulate and discuss your design work. • Fluency in Figma and prototyping your ideas to help drive alignment. • Low ego, holds strong opinions loosely, collaborative, and loves learning. • Has worked in a B2B Enterprise or B2B2C environment. • Bonuses: • Experience working with technical, algo-driven products. • Experience designing data management tooling.
