• Who We Are • Renew Home is on a mission to change how we power the world by making it easier for customers to save energy and money at home. • We partner with industry-leading brands to better manage residential energy for users. • The Senior Manager, People Partner works closely within the People and Operations team to provide HR Business Partnership to the Engineering organization. • You will also be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs. • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HRBP support and partnership with engineering or technical teams. • Proven experience in a startup or high-growth environment, with a strong understanding of scaling HR initiatives. • Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with compensation structures and benefits design. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for people development. • Strong aptitude in problem-solving and influencing with data. • Agile, team player with a results-driven approach in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Passion for the Company’s mission and commitment to make Renew Home a great place to work. • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, but not required.
