Description
• Involved in the full cycle of improvement projects • Develop and implement solutions for business problems • Advise and assist management and C-level clients • Analyze work processes and systems for measurable benefits • Train clients in effective management systems and problem-solving techniques • Prepare written and oral feedback, presentation materials, and reports
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in business management, engineering or related disciplines • 3-5 years of work experience, ideally in operations management, organisational design and consulting • Right to work in Brazil • Analytical, Creative Thinking, Assertive, Multi-Tasker and Ability to perform under pressure • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Portuguese • Appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad)
