📋 Description
• Report to the Director of Resident Communications within the Brand/Communications team • Develop and optimize marketing automation workflows and integrations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Implement, test, and optimize automated marketing solutions • Collaborate with marketing teams to align automation workflows with campaign objectives • Conduct thorough testing and QA of automation workflows • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and marketing standards
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field • Proven experience in marketing automation, with a strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Proficiency in SQL for query development and audience segmentation • Proficiency in AMPscript for dynamic email and SMS content • Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for integrations • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing concepts • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications preferred • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Effective communication and collaboration skills
