📋 Description

• Oversees and manages fin fan cleaning projects • Manages and trains Supervisors on and off site • Communicates with refinery operations and maintenance throughout projects • Manages staffing requirements of operations team • Manages logistics of equipment needed on sites for successful projects • Collects required data and relays to reporting team in real time • Provides site notes to ReNu leadership and refinery POCs daily • Observes teams on site to control quality of service, safety and company standards/policies are being always followed • Provides real time training to all staff throughout projects • Assists Supervisors through challenges while on projects • Conducts project onboarding meetings with Supervisors, Lead FAS and FAS employees virtually and in person when possible • Performs site walks to assess equipment health and performance with both current and prospective customers • Provides direct feedback to Supervisors and conducts reviews scheduled by ReNu Director of Operations • Plans projects from start to finish with a fiscal responsibility to earn a profit • Conducts pre-job calls with customer POCs

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications • 2-3 years of refinery experience • Some management and/or leadership experience • Or 1-2 years of RTI field support roles. • Additional or Preferred Qualifications • TWIC Card • Valid Driver’s License • Valid Passport • Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English)

• PPE is always required while on the job site. This includes FR clothing, hard hat, hearing protection, work boots and safety glasses. • ReNu Technologies office/administrative work can be done at a home office where ReNu will provide the needed office items to perform such work.
