🎯 Requirements
• Betriebswirtschaftliche oder kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit erster Berufserfahrung, gerne auch Ausbildungen im Bereich der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie • Von Vorteil: Erfahrungen in der B2B-Kundenberatung oder im Support, gerne mit Bezug zu Software-Anwendungen • Du hast Freude an der Interaktion mit Kund:innen, bist empathisch und kommunizierst professionell und zielgruppenorientiert • Du verfügst über eine analytische Denkweise und selbstorganisierte Arbeitsweise • Dich zeichnet eine hohe IT-Affinität und der sicherere Umgang mit gängigen IT-Anwendungen aus
