• Nuestro cliente es líder en ventas dentro del sector de electrodomésticos y pionero en la implementación de estrategias omnicanal, adaptándose a las nuevas formas de consumo a través del desarrollo de su propio marketplace para ampliar la oferta de productos. • Cuenta con una logística integrada que conecta su centro de distribución con sucursales en todo el país, brindando una experiencia de compra ágil, segura y eficiente. • Con más de 110 años de trayectoria y un equipo de 3.000 personas a nivel nacional, se reinventa constantemente para responder a las tendencias del mercado, siempre con un fuerte enfoque en las personas. • Actualmente, busca un Developer Frontend Sr para sumarse a un equipo CROSS de la compañía. En este rol, será responsable de unificar los patrones y prácticas, desarrollar componentes fundacionales sólidos para servicios backend, siendo referente técnico dentro del equipo. • Serás responsable de desarrollar y fomentar la alta calidad técnica y aportar en un equipo con buen clima, centrado en las personas y la excelencia en ingeniería.
🎯 Requirements
• Alguna carrera relacionada al campo de la informática. • Experiencia a cargo de equipos de ingeniería, preferentemente en puesto senior. • Experiencia liderando equipos de ingeniería de software back-end grandes o múltiples. • Background técnico con experiencia en diseño de APIs y desarrollo de backend. • Capacidad para entrenar y orientar a personas y equipos. • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales. • Capacidad para equilibrar consideraciones técnicas y de negocio ofreciendo resultados de alta calidad.
