Description

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ work experience, preferably in a backend customer operations role in a tech/SaaS company. • Background in news writing, content development, mass communication, journalism, alert monitoring or similar a plus. • One or more of the following: supply chain knowledge, content creation expertise and/or experience or foundational understanding of GenAI and Prompt Engineering. • Engineering or similar education or background a plus. • Professional level or higher English verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient in reading and comprehension in English. • Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and acquiring new skills. • Strong analytical ability, creative thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Proficiency in using the MS Office Suite. • Proactive and self-motivated.
