MBA or advanced degree is a plus. • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles, including 2+ years’ experience in the software industry, with a strong preference for SaaS experience. • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing enterprise software products, driving customer acquisition, and revenue growth. • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, market dynamics, and competitive landscape strongly preferred. • Experience in supply chain risk management, or adjacent domains, strong preferred. • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies and plans. • Outstanding communication, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas clearly and compellingly. • Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. • Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources such as customer insights, market trends, sales data, and marketing metrics. Comfort working with analytics tools and interpreting data to make informed decisions. • Ability to analyze complex data sets and deriving actionable insights, including statistical analysis, forecasting, ROI analysis, and other quantitative techniques to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and drive strategic decisions.
