• Drive marketing strategies, plans and execution for the organization’s growth objective as a technology provider in post-acute care. • Collaborate with key stakeholders in marketing across Home Medical Equipment providers and Home Infusion providers. • Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing marketing team and manage budget effectively. • Position the company as a leading technology innovator and develop differentiated value propositions. • Utilize data and analytics for insights and adapt strategies based on findings.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B Product Marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS sectors. • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies based on performance metrics. • 5+ years of management experience. • Experience in positioning technology solutions and creating differentiated value propositions. • Ability to lead and develop marketing teams, manage budgets, and drive results. • Experience working with diverse teams and driving projects using a shared services approach. • Expertise in leveraging data for lead generation and nurturing strategies. • Strong analytical skills to assess and communicate insights, driving strategic adjustments. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in executive messaging and team leadership. • Ability to travel < 20%.
