• Develop and manage program design and implementation • Lead team of outreach specialists and operations personnel • Shape and execute short and long-term implementation plans • Cultivate relationships with clients, industry influencers, and stakeholders
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, energy, engineering or related field required; master’s degree preferred. • 8+ years’ experience in energy-efficiency or related field required • 3+ years of direct supervisory experience • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment
