• Resource Innovations is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Market Engagement Consultant to become a vital part of our expanding team in Illinois. • In this Associate role at Resource Innovations, you will play a key role in supporting our dynamic Residential Program team in the state. • At Resource Innovations (RI), we are more than just an energy transformation firm; we are a women-led, purpose-driven organization dedicated to creating impactful solutions. • With a commitment to addressing the complex challenges faced by utilities, we are continually enhancing our portfolio to tackle issues like load flexibility, electrification, and carbon reduction. • Leveraging our expertise in energy efficiency, we are spearheading the transformative changes necessary to fulfill the promise of energy.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. mandatory - energy, environment, public policy, or technical field desired • 3+ years work experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Experience with CRM software preferred • Highly motivated and positive attitude • Superior organization and time management skills • Commitment to high-quality customer service and the ability to address customer issues/concerns • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Flexibility to work with a variety of team members and dynamic project demands • Interest or experience in a field related to energy or sustainability • Experience troubleshooting problems and recommending solutions • Ability to identify process improvements and communicate plans for improvement • Ability to evaluate, diagnose and correct data discrepancies • Ability to understand and appropriately apply technical information
