Description

•Resource Innovations is seeking a Residential Energy Auditor in Arizona to support our Inflation Reduction Act Program. •Responsible for delivering high-quality in-home energy audits and ensuring quality control for our HOMES and HEAR programs. •Conducting comprehensive in-home energy audits with a focus on income-based program participants. •Collaboration with contractor networks and oversight of residential weatherization, HVAC, and water heating installation inspections. •Working with partners to identify and implement effective solutions based on audit findings and client feedback. •Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to enhance program solutions. •The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in energy auditing, building science, or related fields. •Strong leadership skills, customer service focus, and knowledge of relevant standards like BPI certifications are essential.

Requirements

•Must be a US Citizen •Must be located in or willing to relocate to greater Phoenix, AZ within 30 days of acceptance. •2+ years’ experience in a quality control and quality assurance role, or consulting, energy efficiency or utility experience highly desired. •Knowledge of building science, construction and technical expertise is required. •BPI Building Analyst and Envelope certifications preferred, but candidates must be willing to obtain these certifications within a specified timeframe after joining Resource Innovations. •HERS and RESNET Rater certification preferred. •Ability to travel up to 75% of the time (limited overnight travel). •Experience with SnuggPro a plus.
