Description

•Resource Innovations is seeking a Residential Energy Auditor for our New Jersey team. •Ensure quality of work by trade allies meets program standards. •Conduct inspections, write reports, and provide solutions to remedy failed inspections. •Provide education and training to trade allies to minimize failed inspections. •Review program QC findings and report inaccuracies. •Leverage best practices to implement long term solutions with clients. •Conduct internal and external trainings on business processes and standards. •Manage the review and update of critical program documentation. •Stay up to date on industry trends to ensure program materials are relevant. •Work as part of a cross functional team including operations, IT, marketing, and customer service.

Requirements

•Knowledge of building science, construction and technical expertise is required. •A Valid US Driver’s license is required along with reliable personal transportation to travel 70% to 90% of the time across multiple counties in New Jersey. •Must possess the physical ability to safely access and inspect attics, basements, and crawlspaces. •Excellent verbal, customer service, interpersonal and written communication skills. •Must be a resident of New Jersey. •2+ years’ experience in a quality control and quality assurance role, or consulting, energy efficiency or utility experience highly desired. •Building Performance Institute (BPI) - Building Analyst Certificate preferred. •Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. •Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools. •Ability to apply detailed knowledge of organizational procedures to make independent decisions.
