📋 Description

• Resource Innovations is seeking a Residential Energy Auditor to join our growing team in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia. • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Residential Energy Auditor with a strong background in proven experience in energy auditing, building science, or related fields. • You will be responsible for delivering high-quality in-home energy audits and ensuring quality control for our HOMES and HEAR programs. • You are a customer-focused technician proficient in BPI standards and related certifications who will be conducting comprehensive in-home energy audits. • Working with partners to identify and implement effective solutions based on audit findings and client feedback will be key to your success. • You will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Resource Innovations’ program solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to the greater Pittsburgh, PA or Philadelphia, PA area within 30 days of acceptance for this role. • A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience in a quality control and quality assurance role, or consulting, energy efficiency or utility experience highly desired. • Knowledge of building science, construction and technical expertise is required. • Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle to visit customer and client sites. • Ability to travel 25% to 75% of the time (limited overnight travel). • Must be a US Citizen. • BPI Building Analyst and Envelope certifications preferred. • HERS and RESNET Rater certification preferred. • Experience with SnuggPro a plus. • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. • Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple priorities. • Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information. • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools. • Customer service focus. • Ability to apply detailed knowledge of organizational procedures to make independent decisions and serve as a credible resource for senior management team. • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.
