Description

• Analyze and verify information provided by insured parties to determine policy premium bases. • Conduct voluntary phone audits and request additional details from policyholders. • Create comprehensive audit reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards. • Submit reports for review and make necessary revisions. • Consistently meet or exceed established quality and productivity benchmarks.

Requirements

• Ability to effectively convey complex information and ideas both verbally and in writing. • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices. • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and self-disciplined. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve complex problems. • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. • Ability to conduct business professionally and positively with third-party business owners. • Willingness to receive feedback constructively and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.
