Description

• Directly supports senior management in the preparation of financial analysis materials • Provides data and analytical driven recommendations to support strategic goals • Responsible for the preparation of five-year financial projections • Drive the FP&A team forward through fostering a continuous learning environment • Become a trusted business partner

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field • 15-20 years' experience in corporate finance or FP&A role • 10+ years' experience leading a team and managing the work associated with the department • Experience working within a multi-national, global business preferred • Previous experience working with private/capital equity organizations a plus • Previous insurance or service industry background a plus
