📋 Description
• Join our team as an Insurance Audit Assistant, collecting records for virtual audits. • Manage workload of 100-150 audits with accuracy and timely completion. • Contact policyholders for necessary documentation and follow up weekly. • Determine accuracy of records and escalate discrepancies to the auditor. • Work independently while managing multiple tasks and interacting with clients.
🎯 Requirements
• 2-5 years experience in insurance, auditing, or a related field. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Familiarity with insurance regulations and policies is a plus. • Working knowledge of PASS, ASUM, and Nexus. • WCRIB Certification (preferred) • APA designation (preferred) • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Proficient computer skills • Positive and proactive attitude • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
