Description

• Responsible for developing and implementing data conversion strategies • Lead overall agency management system conversion initiatives • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data and conversion goals • Monitor and track progress of conversion initiatives • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management • Conduct post-conversion reviews and analysis • Lead the product development process including defining product requirements • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in technology consulting with a focus on Insurance Agency Management Systems • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects • Proficiency in Insurance Agency Management systems such as AMS360, BenefitPoint, Sagitta, Applied Epic, HawkSoft, EzLynx, TAM • Proficiency in SQL • Experience with data migration tools and platforms and ETL process • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
