Description

β€’ Restaurant365 is a SaaS company disrupting the restaurant industry! β€’ Our cloud-based platform provides a unique, centralized solution for accounting and back-office operations for restaurants. β€’ The Manager of Implementation Project Managers will be responsible for leading teams and individuals that directly impact the success of Onboarding Projects. β€’ Use your own knowledge and experience to coach the teams and help them achieve goals through one-on-ones, trainings, and team meetings. β€’ Work with the Vice President of Onboarding to ensure the team is performing to its fullest potential.

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of team leadership/management experience β€’ Proven track record in implementation management with demonstrated success in project completion β€’ Comprehensive knowledge of R365 implementation methodologies β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Strong leadership abilities with a focus on teaching and coaching β€’ Excellence in organization and time management β€’ Demonstrated ability to work independently and make strategic decisions β€’ PREFERRED: PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications β€’ Microsoft certifications or similar technical credentials β€’ Experience in restaurant industry software implementations β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field β€’ CORE COMPETENCIES β€’ Accountability for Others - Demonstrated ability to manage team performance and outcomes β€’ Expectation Setting - Skilled in addressing challenging situations objectively while maintaining empathy β€’ People Development - Strong capability in identifying and nurturing team member potential β€’ Initiative- Self-motivated with proven ability to drive projects and teams forward β€’ Strategic Thinking - Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions β€’ Change Management - Experience in leading teams through organizational changes and growth β€’ WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL AT THIS ROLE β€’ Natural leadership abilities with a passion for developing others β€’ Strong technical aptitude combined with business acumen β€’ Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail β€’ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization β€’ Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation β€’ Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment

Benefits
