Description

• Restaurant365 is a SaaS company disrupting the restaurant industry! • Our cloud-based platform provides a unique, centralized solution for accounting and back-office operations for restaurants. • The Manager of Implementation Project Managers will be responsible for leading teams and individuals that directly impact the success of Onboarding Projects. • Use your own knowledge and experience to coach the teams and help them achieve goals through one-on-ones, trainings, and team meetings. • Work with the Vice President of Onboarding to ensure the team is performing to its fullest potential.

Requirements

• 3+ years of team leadership/management experience • Proven track record in implementation management with demonstrated success in project completion • Comprehensive knowledge of R365 implementation methodologies • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on teaching and coaching • Excellence in organization and time management • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make strategic decisions • PREFERRED: PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications • Microsoft certifications or similar technical credentials • Experience in restaurant industry software implementations • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field • CORE COMPETENCIES • Accountability for Others - Demonstrated ability to manage team performance and outcomes • Expectation Setting - Skilled in addressing challenging situations objectively while maintaining empathy • People Development - Strong capability in identifying and nurturing team member potential • Initiative- Self-motivated with proven ability to drive projects and teams forward • Strategic Thinking - Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions • Change Management - Experience in leading teams through organizational changes and growth • WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL AT THIS ROLE • Natural leadership abilities with a passion for developing others • Strong technical aptitude combined with business acumen • Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization • Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
