Description

β€’ The Artwork Project Coordinator is responsible for managing the update and approval of new/revised artwork for packaging components according to the standard artwork change control process. β€’ Establish and execute timelines for market requirements for artwork updates. β€’ Assist Site Plant Coordinators in implementation strategy timing based on artwork (AW) creation/updates. β€’ Evaluate artwork for accuracy, consistency, and compliance. β€’ Interact directly with Artists and Engineers to implement design, text and structure requirements. β€’ Manage multiple projects concurrently, monitoring progress and holding task owners accountable for timeline.

Requirements

β€’ Associate or Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Science, Business or a related field. β€’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in artwork development, artwork project management and/or proofreading β€’ Project management experience and certification an advantage β€’ Highly efficient organizational skills β€’ Critical and analytical thinking skills β€’ Excellent attention to detail β€’ Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams at a global level β€’ Work autonomously with little direction β€’ Desire for learning and continual improvement β€’ Experience with the following electronic systems: Excel, Outlook, Teams, SAP, Proofreading tool (i.e. Global Vision)
