Description
• Manage installation projects from start to finish. • Communicate with customers, service providers, and stores. • Handle inbound and outbound calls. • Troubleshoot issues using various tech tools. • Document all interactions related to the project.
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED • 1-3 years' experience in a customer facing role • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study (preferred) • 1 year of experience in project coordination or remodeling/construction industry (preferred) • 1 year of experience in a Project Management function (preferred) • Experience in contact center environment (preferred)
