Description

• Assist new RCM customers in onboarding and implementation process in various practice management systems • Serve as subject matter expert on all aspects of assigned RCM projects • Complete configuration of billing rules and payer set-up for assigned customer accounts during the implementation phase • Review claim submissions for test/initial claims for assigned accounts • Track customer progress through implementation, recording and reporting internally and externally

Requirements

• Excellence in both verbal and written communication • Ability to listen well and empathize with others • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Demonstrated problem solving skills with excellence in critical thinking and analytical experience • 2+ years of experience in hands-on medical billing, added plus for behavioral health billing experience • 3+ years customer service/account management experience • Experience in medical billing denial management and claim structure • Prior Project Management experience • Expert experience with Microsoft Office Suite • Familiarity with project management tools (i.e. Salesforce) • Proficient computer skills (typing, data entry, general computer and browser usage) • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work amongst competing tasks
