Our cloud-based platform provides a unique, centralized solution for accounting and back-office operations for restaurants. • Restaurant365’s culture is focused on empowering team members to produce top-notch results while elevating their skills. • We’re excited to bring on a Product Manager of Employee Training to our team. • This position is ideal for someone with SaaS product management experience and a deep understanding of employee training in the context of restaurant operations.

Requirements

• Experience in employee training or learning management systems (LMS). • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams. • Solid analytical skills with an ability to interpret feedback and data to prioritize features. • Familiarity with tech-savvy solutions that enhance employee development and operational efficiency. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Agile Methodology experience a plus. • A background in SaaS product management and understanding of the restaurant industry's operational challenges is highly desirable.

Benefits

• This position has a salary range of $99,000 - $139,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
