• Restaurant365 is a SaaS company disrupting the restaurant industry! Our cloud-based platform provides a unique, centralized solution for accounting and back-office operations for restaurants. • The Senior ERP Administrator will be responsible for the functional operation, optimization, continual improvement, maintenance and reliability of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. • This role will collaborate with key ERP users and consumers of ERP data (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Billing, Customer Success, etc.) to provide them with a positive and reliable end-to-end ERP experience. • This position will work with the rest of the Salesforce team and Salesforce stakeholders to ensure that the ERP and CRM support the needs of a rapidly growing SaaS business. • The Senior ERP Administrator expertise will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation, security, and efficiency of our ERP platforms.

Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge in Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce; familiarity with Workday and Sage Intacct is a plus. • 5+ years of experience managing ERP systems in a complex organizational environment, with SaaS experience a plus. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams. • Certifications in relevant ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite Administrator, Salesforce Administrator, Sage Intacct: System Administrator) preferred. • Strong knowledge of ERP <> Salesforce best practices and methodologies. • Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work with teams and stakeholders of different backgrounds and time zones in a multicultural environment. • Experience working with Agile teams and use of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday, etc. • Motivated, high-potential performer, with demonstrated ability to influence and lead. • Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change. • Occasional travel may be required.

Benefits

• This position has a salary range of $100K-$150K The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
