Description

• Manage customer and other contracts throughout their lifecycle • Act as liaison between Corporate Legal department and EL teams • Maintain standard operating procedures • Ship, track, record, and retain proof of delivery for forms • Maintain databases for contract submissions • Organize completed legal documents • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Complete related tasks submitted by the Sales team • Assist Finance teams with notarizing completed documents

Requirements

• 3-5 years of administrative experience with vendor forms, contracts, and/or RFPs • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • High integrity • Notary and eNotary certification highly recommended
