Description
•Restore Hyper Wellness is the creator of Hyper Wellness. •Delivering expert guidance and health services. •Overseeing Nurse Practitioners at Restore Hyper Wellness. •Compensation is $600 per supported studio monthly via 1099.
Requirements
•M.D Degree from an accredited medical school. •Board certified in a primary speciality. •Current medical license in Alabama. •Ability to review and sign standing orders and charts at least once per day Monday-Friday. •Ability to provide sign-off and send prescriptions, when required, at least once per day Monday-Friday. •Ability to provide availability via text/call for any patient specific questions from Nurse Practitioners (on rare occasions) during Restore operating hours. •Attendance of monthly provider meeting to serve as supervision and collaboration time with Nurse Practitioners on the third Tuesday of every month from 6:00-6:30PM CST via Zoom.
