• Identify and develop B2B partnerships with manufacturers, brand owners, and platform owners to keep our inventory flowing and our business growing. • Work closely with our commercial, purchasing, and business expansion teams to ensure our partnerships thrive and deliver results. • Qualify partnership opportunities and find ways to elevate our business through stronger collaborations and innovative ideas. • Deepen ties with listing platforms, tools, and software solutions to keep us ahead of the game. • Focus on expanding our footprint in Europe and the USA by delivering fresh revenue opportunities. • Use data-driven insights to keep internal stakeholders informed and excited about our partnership successes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in establishing and managing B2B relationships, particularly in the beauty industry and e-commerce platforms like Amazon. • 3 to 5 years of working with B2B relationships, especially in Europe and the Americas. • A degree in Business or equivalent experience that gives you the edge in this role. • Proven ability to work remotely across multiple functions and teams, with strong organizational skills. • Mastery of Slack and Google Workspace to keep everything running smoothly.
