• Ultimate Beauty, a leading reseller in the beauty industry, is seeking an Operations Specialist (Shipping) to join our dynamic and innovative team. • As an Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our logistics and supply chain operations. • With our company's rapid growth and expansion into new categories and marketplaces, this is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about streamlining processes and ensuring efficient operations. • Manage end-to-end shipping activities, including order processing, label creation, and tracking shipments. • Collaborate with warehouses and carriers to optimize routes and reduce transportation costs. • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, including proper documentation and adherence to international shipping requirements. • Handle shipping-related inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise. • Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products. • Monitor and analyze shipping data to identify areas for improvement, such as reducing transit times or enhancing delivery performance. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and vendors to foster efficient operations and resolve any shipping-related concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • Proven experience in logistics and supply chain operations, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment. • Strong knowledge of shipping processes and best practices. • Proficient in using shipping software and systems. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment.
