Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing QA team. • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives. • Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, roadmaps, processes, and best practices. • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality and performance. • Drive the adoption of modern testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks. • Oversee the execution of both manual and automated tests to ensure product quality. • Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks and test suites. • Ensure thorough testing of products, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA team. • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in QA and testing technologies. • Drive initiatives to modernize testing efforts, including the adoption of CI/CD pipelines. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. • Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring timely resolution of issues. • Prepare and present reports on QA activities, quality metrics, and project status to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum of 10 years of experience in QA, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. • Proven experience in both manual and automated testing. • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), test automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in QA tools and technologies such as Selenium, JMeter, Postman, etc. • Experience with programming/scripting languages (C#/Java, JavaScript) • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. • A proactive, results-oriented approach with a high level of attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong organizational and project management skills.
