Description

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives • Analyze financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) • Provide variance analysis and identify areas for improvement • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making across various business functions • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports • Collaborate with the CFO to develop long-term financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives • Support M&A activities, including due diligence, financial modeling, and integration planning • Evaluate capital investment projects and perform ROI analyses • Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, systems, and controls • Lead or participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving financial efficiency and effectiveness • Implement best practices in financial analysis and reporting • Work closely with other departments, providing financial insights and support for operational and strategic decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred) • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role (Minimum experience of 3 years required) • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) a plus • Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail • Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights • Strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term and anticipate business needs • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and engage with stakeholders at all levels
