Description

• Reveal HealthTech partners with clients in health care and life sciences to improve data use. • Looking for an early-career UX/UI designer for product design team. • Collaborate with team members to develop and design software interfaces. • Involves product discovery, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and iteration. • May include work on internal design projects for brand development and marketing.

Requirements

• Research client needs, competitors, and related products • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups in Figma • Be able to take direction from more senior designers and collaborate by building on each other's ideas • Be able to juggle multiple projects at once and finish tasks on time • Know how to problem-solve on your own, and also understand when it is appropriate to ask for feedback • Reach out or “raise your hand" when you're stuck, rather than quietly struggling • Get to know the roles that other team members are playing, and ask questions as necessary to learn how to collaborate effectively within project teams • Help with various internal side projects, including design for sales collateral, our website, slide decks, etc. • Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, human-computer interaction, user experience, front-end development, or another related field • Be proficient in one or more design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) • Have a working knowledge of UX/UI design principles • Have an understanding of the software application design process • Be receptive to critique, and implement feedback proactively • Demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow in all things design • Start-up experience or freelance (corporate, software, web, agency) is a plus
