• Work directly with clients to provide accounting services • Post weekly or monthly activity for clients • Perform month-end reviews and account reconciliations • Generate journal entries and accruals • Utilize web-based tools for client payment processing • Generate reporting dashboards for clients • Respond to client inquiries • Assist with payroll • Provide training on various systems • Perform periodic reviews with clients • Coordinate and monitor bookkeeper work • Communicate regularly with clients
Requirements
• Approachable yet professional communications • Detail-oriented • Able to juggle multiple clients • Amazing communicator • Comfort with online/cloud-based applications • Top-notch discretion • Proactive attitude • Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms • Ability to categorize transactions • Familiarity with project management tools • Bachelor's degree in accounting • At least one year of experience working for multiple clients
