Description
• Posting weekly or monthly client activity in cloud accounting system • Performing month-end reviews and reconciliations • Generating journal entries and accruals • Processing payments for clients • Creating monthly or quarterly reporting dashboards • Responding to client inquiries and assisting with technical issues • Assisting with payroll as needed • Training clients on various systems • Conducting periodic reviews with clients • Coordinating bookkeeper work • Communicating regularly with clients and keeping senior accountant informed
Requirements
• Approachable yet professional communication skills • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks • Excellent communication about deadlines • Comfortable working with cloud-based applications and software tools • Strong discretion in handling sensitive client information • Proactive in finding better work solutions • Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms (e.g., Xero, QBO) • Confidence in categorizing transactions based on a chart of accounts • Familiarity with project or task management tools • Bachelor’s degree in accounting • At least one year of experience for multiple clients
