Description
• The Healthcare Data Acquisition & Interoperability Analyst will be responsible for leading data acquisition strategies and processes for risk-based projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. • This role will also focus on driving the development of prospective quality and risk programs, creating cross-functional strategies to aid in interoperability, and managing day-to-day operations. • Lead data acquisition strategies and processes for risk-based projects. • Support day-to-day operations, including managing vendors and service providers. • Embrace interoperability to fill data gaps. • Develop and implement quality assurance programs. • Manage merger and acquisition due diligence needs. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Aid in maintaining customer relations and building new products.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. • Advanced degree preferred. • Proven experience in data acquisition, management, and healthcare with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices. • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement quality assurance programs. • Experience in managing merger and acquisition due diligence and data strategy formulation. • Strong project management skills, including ability to manage vendors and service providers. • Excellent customer relationship management skills. • Ability to create and execute cross-functional strategies to improve interoperability. • Strong leadership skills, with experience building and leading teams.
