Description

• Perform end-to-end analysis on data in tabular format or natural language • Independently find problems, architect solutions and conduct analysis • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists and data engineers, in an Agile and technology-driven environment • Support data scientists with data analysis • Generate internal data reports • Present in front of stakeholders including senior leaders

Requirements

• At least 3 years of work experience in Medicare Risk Adjustment analytics • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking • Working SQL skills, experience of querying large datasets • Strong statistical ability to analyze large amounts of data • Experience of data wrangling and data visualization • Desire and ability to build trust with business stakeholders, manage the relationship and socialize insights effectively • Be able to communicate analytical insights with a variety of business stakeholders across different technical levels (including senior leaders) • Self-motivated and be able to work independently • Be able to work towards deadline
