Description

• Revero is a personalized digital clinic for treating chronic health conditions such as autoimmune disease. • Revero integrates machine learning, personalized nutrition, and virtual care to address the root causes of disease. • The Operations Manager will oversee daily activities across clinical and internal functions. • Responsibilities include designing policies, overseeing clinical processes, provider onboarding, and customer service. • You should be a responsible leader with an analytical and strategic mind. • Commitment to productivity and compliance is essential. • Ultimately, you’ll ensure our operations run smoothly and that people are productive.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Operations Manager, Head of Operations, Operations Director or similar leadership role • Digital health experience at an early stage start-up, ideally at a care delivery company • Familiarity with business functions including HR, finance, supply chain and IT • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting • Good with numbers and financial planning • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills • Excellent organizational and leadership ability • Analytical mind • Problem-solving aptitude • BSc/BA in Business, Computer Science or other relevant field
