• Ensure operational processes are effective and efficient. • Create and maintain SOPs to standardize workflows. • Lead collaboration across the team, aligning everyone on goals, deadlines, and priorities. • Analyze monthly reports to find trends and growth opportunities, delivering weekly project updates and team insights. • Keep projects on schedule and within budget, setting timelines for new initiatives and guiding weekly agenda check-ins. • Audit current systems, identify weak points, and implement improvements to enhance productivity. • Strategically delegate tasks, supporting team operations and smooth task execution. • Organize and execute webinar logistics, ensuring all resources and materials are set. • Spot potential challenges early and implement solutions to maintain seamless operations.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Asana, GHL, and Circle is highly preferred. • Experience scaling online courses, certifications, or nutrition/fitness programs is required. • Strong analytical mindset, using data to optimize processes and make strategic decisions. • Ability to coordinate teams and communicate effectively, keeping everyone aligned. • Strong problem-solving skills, able to anticipate issues and stay ahead of potential roadblocks.
