Description

• Addepar is a global technology and data company • Seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to drive marketing success • Oversee our growing Marketing Operations team focusing on people, process, and tools • Manage the marketing tech stack ensuring smooth data flow and integration • Champion automation and streamline operations creating efficient operations across marketing • Ensure compliance with Infosec policies and communication governance standards • Play a key role in driving marketing roadmap and sprint planning

Requirements

• 6+ years of related experience in role and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 4+ years and a Master's degree • 4+ years of experience with Marketo, focusing on Marketo-to-Salesforce integrations • 2+ years of experience leading a hybrid/remote team • A proactive and solution-driven mindset • Proven experience in managing teams and building high-performing marketing operations teams • Success in scaling or improving lead management processes • Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes and best practices • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce campaign hierarchies and campaign attribution methodologies • Experience leading projects that span multiple teams and systems • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
