Description

• Coordinate IT operations with service providers for effective delivery of IT services. • Optimize local company networks and servers. • Manage installations and upgrades of IT systems. • Be single point of contact for IT escalations. • Ensure timely issue resolution by service provider. • Provide support to Sensia employees globally. • Oversee end user device inventory, replacement, and delivery. • Manage procurement and licensing of software applications. • Develop and coordinate manufacturing OT practices. • Ensure data backup for recovery in case of system breakdown. • Establish periodic operations reviews and reports. • Evaluate new technologies for advancement of deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven operation management experience. • Problem-solving aptitude. • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or other relevant field. • Willingness to travel globally as required. • IT Leadership experience. • Experience managing out-sourced IT / other operations. • Experience with system installation, configuration and analysis. • Power Platform knowledge and experience in technologies like Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate is desirable. • Microsoft Azure and Office 365 certifications or proven experience. • Knowledge of data protection operations and legislation (e.g. GDPR).
