Description

• Provides world-class support to Franchisees and Center Managers • Coaches franchisees to meet sales and customer experience metrics • Conducts market meetings and training to improve performance • Utilizes data insights to enhance revenue and customer experience • Ensures compliance with brand obligations for quality and service • Drives attendance at corporate events and training sessions • Communicates new company initiatives and support growth strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years in multi-unit operations (franchise/chain) • Strong financial analysis and P&L management skills • Proven ability to lead in sales, marketing, and operations • Results-oriented with a can-do attitude • Excellent sales, consulting and communication skills • Skilled in group training, presentations, and public speaking • Automotive or hospitality industry experience preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
