Description

• Build the operational foundation for product teams to focus on delivering value • Develop analytics tools and dashboards to transform product usage data • Foster collaboration between product, engineering, and account management teams • Create scalable frameworks for product decision-making and feature prioritization • Maintain development timeline visibility and establish efficient asynchronous communication channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher • 3+ years of experience in product operations or similar roles working with cross-functional product teams. • Demonstrated success in improving product development processes and team collaboration. • Experience with product analytics and data-driven decision-making. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. • Track record of driving organizational change through influence rather than authority. • Experience in Enterprise and MSP business models and/or cloud technologies, particularly the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, would be advantageous.
