Description

•Freeosk is looking for a Field Operations Specialist to join our team. •Supports the delivery of in-store campaigns by driving the performance of third party/retail labor partners. •Ensures weekly programming compliance and service execution in 500+ retail locations. •Works closely with internal and external partners in a fast-paced environment. •Attention to detail, love of data, and strong communication is critical.

Requirements

•2-3 years experience in a client/customer service, project management, or operations position •Demonstrated data-driven approach to solving problems •Ability to juggle multiple priorities •Process driven and thrives with process development •Client service focused experience with the ability to tailor communication to different levels
