Requirements

β€’ 1+ year of experience in reservation sales, group sales, resort services, or a high-volume contact center preferred. β€’ Sales oriented mindset and motivated to earn commissions, bonuses, incentives, and contests. β€’ Strong active listening and empathy. β€’ Proficiency in using software/hardware and systems. β€’ Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. β€’ Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. β€’ Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends. β€’ A dedicated high-speed internet connection (minimum upload and download speed required). β€’ Remote worksite free from undue noise and distractions. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.(English)
