Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in reservation sales or high-volume contact center preferred. • Sales-oriented mindset; motivated to earn commissions and bonuses. • Strong active listening and empathy. • Proficiency in using software/hardware and systems. • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. • Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends. • A dedicated high-speed internet connection required. • Remote worksite free from undue noise and distractions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English).
