Requirements

β€’ 1+ year of experience in reservation sales or high-volume contact center preferred. β€’ Sales-oriented mindset; motivated to earn commissions and bonuses. β€’ Strong active listening and empathy. β€’ Proficiency in using software/hardware and systems. β€’ Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. β€’ Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends. β€’ A dedicated high-speed internet connection required. β€’ Remote worksite free from undue noise and distractions. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English).
